Default Fetching for a friend

Brought these home for Tom Smith yesterday. Lucky bugger made a deal for 3 Reids. The 15 on the gooseneck is pretty complete but a little rough. The 12 on the flat trailer is obviously in pieces but will be a nice engine (main bearing caps are missing though). Tom previously fetched the third engine of the deal - a very promising 8 hp with the rare water injection fittings. Bill Klein

Thanks for keeping us posted on your adventures! Always interesting. Could we possibly see some pix of the eight. Enuf Said

The 8 was also partially disassembled. I'm sure Tom will allow me to post some pics after it is back together. Bill Klein

Nice of you to help a friend Bill. I like your setup. I drove right by the exit for Sandy Lake Pa on Rt-80 on my way home from Kentucky after spending a week with my daughter for Thanksgiving. I wish we had as much oil field stuff as you guys do in PA. You get to have all the fun. Still nice to see it all saved though.

I'll bet it's pretty scarce in R.I.! We are lucky to be "where it all began". Then again it would be nice to be where there is a possibility of coming across an Abinaque! Bill Klein
