Default Small Boiler Identification

First off I have to say I know very little about steam but I recently picked up this small boiler and I am curious as to what it may have been used for. I have seen small boilers before but this one seems to be a little fancy or ornate looking compared to others I have seen. Was this made for a certain application or is it just a little nicer looking version of a small boiler?
Also any idea who might have made it? The only markings I can find are cast on the bottom and they are HWW, 1832. Thanks for any Help, Bryan
