Default Horse Drawn Tongue / Pole Questions 3 horse across hitch

I thought this pole was for a grain wagon i recently got. I don't fit anyhow. Maybe john or mike can help with what i have. It looks offset to me maybe for a 3 across horse hitch? It has some cast iron fittings i don't realize their use. Please note only 100" from the neck yoke catch to the evener hammerstrap hole. I believe this is a standard distance. The cast parts have part numbers. What implement would this be for with its straight forward connection? thanks 4 any help.
