Default Fairbanks,Morse light plant

My 96 year old grandfather recently passed away. In his garage he had a Fairbanks-Morse Model "A" Home Light Plant. He has the original manual and approx 30 "32 volt" light bulbs with the unit.He used this system back in the forties to provide lighting to his house.I was wondering if this item is collectable and what it might be worth at an auction.

It's collectable, but I don't have a clue to value.
