Default Tiny Tim Battery Charging Set

Hi Guys,
I have picked up 2 wrecked Tiny Tim sets out of which I am hoping to make 1 good one ( or at least 1 that runs).Unfortunately both engine tags with all the details on are missing - the ammeter shows plus and minus 60 amps. Can anyone kindly let me know what voltage this set is? eg is this a 24 volt unit?
I have 3 other Tiny Tim sets models L123 and L124 which are 12volt and have ammeter plus and minus 30 amps.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Kev.
