Default My 10 Dollar Delco

Just back from a great auction where on the spur of the moment came home with this project . What I can say for sure is the one tag must be the serial number and reads 325400 and the other tag reads Delco - Light 750 watt 32 volt .
On the flywheel there is a long casting number but also a short one 12-13 does that mean anything ?

I realize it is missing the covers but can anyone say what model it is ?
Hard to matched it for me as I am not familiar with them, it was completely seized but now only the exhaust valve is .Work for tomorrow ,was on another site but could not make a match .
Thanks Mike
