Default Did the C.P.M. grounds get flooded yesterday?

I was listening to the water rescues last night on the scanner in Clearfield Pa. A storm dropped 4 1/2" of rain in short order with more expected. I looked on the map and this area is to the east of Coolspring and it looks like the storm would have swept over the area between Brookville and Punxy.

Overhere big problems aswel about floodings.

An lot of city’s in the south of Holland where light flooded yesterday.

For many years i have prepaired about this one with more drains in the fields and an lot land livelling and excavator work to take the side roads near the channels and ditches more lower so that the water fast floods away.

You can do drain to all of this but also take most water already above away
