Default Looking for Farm Lighting Plant

I'm looking for a restorable farm lighting plant to install near a guest cottage on my back fourty. A 11o volt unit would be nice, but a 750 watt or larger 32 volt machine would do, as I have a few 32 v appliances in my collection.

Which brands should I avoid? What is available out there? I've a great deal of experience with early automobiles, and commercial lead-acid battery power plants (telephone) but none with these mancines. Please help!!
