Default DELCO Engine

I'm told that this is a Delco. It stands 43 inches high, has a 19 inches flywheel which is 7 inches wide. A date "3-29-19-H" is cast onto the flywheel. This engine is larger than the Delco light plant I'm used to seeing around here. What does the "H" stands for? What model is it? Were some Delco's made for belt work or is this a modification someone made. Thanks for any help anyone can provide me with!
