Default Old Cushman Binder Engine, New Cushman Owner

Hello All,
This is my very first posting, and I thought I would give it a try.
I am the proud owner of a Cushman 4HP Binder Engine, having just recently purchased it a week ago!. This is my second attempt at an engine refurbishing. My first was a Goold, Shapley, and Muir engine from Brantford, Canada, which I sold a few years ago.
Are there any books, owners manuals, parts lists, parts drawings, any information I can get on this engine?
I saw somewhere that a guy named Jim Brown was a collector of these engines and he had lots of info on them. Anybody know how I can obtain any information on the engine or contact people?
Thanks.

Jim Brown has passed away, but if you check the archives ,there's lots of posts on these engines. Jim was working on a book at the time of his death that cronicled the Cushman history and as far as I know he was the only one who had a listing of serial number/dates. I spoke with his daughter after his death and she said that there was another gentleman working on the book with him (but she wouldn't give me his name). Hopefully this guy will complete the book and publish it for us all to enjoy.
