over the weekend I will add this to the list and or up date that engine #. Thank you for that information and I trust that you will enjoy this engine for years to come. " Happy Steaming "

If anyone would like a copy I would be more that happy to e-mail you what I have at this time. or I will even send it out in the post what ever you would like . As I will not post it on the net at ALL I ask of you is the same as some do not and will not like there stuff posted out there.
THANK YOU!

The list I have put together has for some engines just a engine #, and for other`s the engine size if known, some have as much history as I can fine on that engine. owner or owners over time ,state, country, town, sale price, shape of boiler, ect..

This is a work in progress and if you see that the information is not right do let me know I will fix it as I would like the list to be as up to date and correct as it can be, Also if you would like to add to it`s history ect. I will be more that happy to add that to the engine`s history.

Thank you all for the E-Mail`s and call`s over the years and taking the time with me at show`s and sharing your engine`s history with me as I have really enjoyed putting this list together. it truly has been a lot of fun.

I wonder what became of the 30 or 35hp Rear Mount that used to belong to Andy Michaels in North Eastern Montana? I don't know the size for sure but I saw it 30 years ago at his place. Lost track of it. I just remember it as the biggest N&S that I ever saw. His brother was Jim in Miles City.

We actually had first dibs. The deal fell through on us. The price was totally fair. I'd pony up and buy it but I'm currently in college. My uncle was the back up bidder at the sale. It was a belt engine ran a sawmill and threshed into the 50's. The last son of Albert (the original owner) just actually died. The boiler is essentially mint. It got parked at Joe's lot some time in the mid 50's from what I can gather from my relatives.

Just for the record there's a typo as this engine is 14056.

Todd is 100% right, and the owner. Should have caught that!

Someday you'll get married, and can be wrong about all kinds of things, Tim - relish the easy typos now.

That noted, I believe Forest City is not its permanent home, but likewise will have to defer to its owner on that.

That also reminds me that said owner may have gotten it kidnapped by the fairer half....at least that makes for a good story - and perfect excuse for us to convince him they now need another engine!
