Default Stuart Turner 400 Gas Engine

Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me with information about this recently acquired engine?.It seems to be complete but minus ignition components etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am new to the website so please excuse me if I am not in the correct area.

Regards John E

John there is an extension on the camshaft. The redish brown is fiber insulator with a break with metal contact. Ron
