Default Onan 4.0CCK -3CR/8389R Needed a home

Happy Sunday!
I am the proud owner of another green beastie. This unit used to power a microwave relay site.
Model 4.0CCK - 3CR/8389R
Serial F790429421
It fires up and makes power. Any and all info on this unit will be greatly appreciated.

-Bob

Built in June 1979. Looks like it's got a tri fuel carb as well . What fuel was it running on when you got it ? Heavy duty looking base under it as well.

Hi Steve (am hoping it is Steve, Sreve is in the original response)
It was plumbed to a large bulk LP tank at the microwave site. When the owner of the site got together with all the tenants, they pooled their resources and installed a huge Cummins powered genset to supply the needs of all the current tenants. 2 full time television transmitters, 1 cell carrier and a few govt. entities such as PD and Fire repeaters. This little 4.0 was destined to be hauled away to the scrap heap. The Onan has the usual mice issues in the control box and as the pictures show the auto start/transfer has been disconnected.
Would love to remove it from the current dog house so I can put a bottom on it to help keep the critters away and to cut down on moisture. At least a little!
The left side shroud, behind the vacuflo assembly has an oil pressure gauge in it but as of now it does not appear to be working. A few more pictures to follow later on after I get them off my iPad.
Cheers!!

Yeah its Steve, typo lol. That oil pressure gauge looks like a pretty hard spot to see with the vacu flow in front of it . Take the heat shield of the cylinder head and you should see where the gauge tees off from the oil pressure switch. I wish my cck had an oil pressure gauge . I might add one on, just need to figure out a good spot to mount it.
Steve

Might want to do something with the exhaust . Looks like all the weight is supported by the manifold.

Steve

As promised...a few more images of my CCK
You are correct with the oil pressure gauge location, if I find out that the gauge does work it will be relocated to somewhere that it can be seen!
