Looking at picking up a standby genset for the house and have been looking at several 15KW RJCs. The one I've been looking at closest is: 15.0RJC-13R/12AA Serial number starts with what appears to be 87 but the picture is hard to make out. From what I've heard from the owner it seems to be a dual fuel setup. Currently running on gas but has the hookups for NG/LP. Here are some pics of the generator:

Says it's in good running condition and checked out by a local tech. What do you guys think? Currently asking too much @ $1900 but I think there's room to bargain with.

PS: Could use links to the following manuals if anyone has them:

974-0220 Parts Manual
900-0184 Service Manual Control/Generator
967-0757 Service Manual Engine

I'm 99% sure that the seller of that set is an individual with whom I have corresponded before. That is all I will say in this public forum.

OK, I just received some better information. The model# is: 15.0rjc-18r/12aa and the serial number is: 8780304219e

So it looks like a July of 78 year/model with the 12 lead reconnectable head. Plate shows the following:
Amps
120/208:52
127/220:49
120/240:52
240/216:26
254/440:25
277/480:23
