Question Seeder I.D. Help

I have shown this Photo awhile back and all I learned was that it was a seeder. I would love to know the maker and date. Take a look at the Photos there are words on it, but i just can't make any of them out. Maybe someone can read something I can't. Or if you recognize it this seeder Please let me know. Happy Holidays to all.

The shape of the handles looks like the ones used by Planet Jr on their cultivators. You might try researching Planet Jr.
