Thanks for the responses. With the Oxy/Acetylene torch, I was able to get all hubs removed. All 4 hubs were normal right hand thread.
I plan to clean up the axles and get this unit operational again.
I'm missing a couple of grease cups, I plan to get those replaced.

The frame had JD green paint on it in tucked away under the axle area and the wheels and spokes had some JD yellow paint remnants...I couldn't find any other casting marks, but I'm thinking at one time, this was put together with JD parts.
