Default Iron Horse A-10 Engine

I bought a complete Iron Horse A-10 engine at a collector sale for $10.00. Is this engine rare or collectable ? What years were they manfactured ?

Its not a rare engine up in Canada. They were produced in the 30's and 40's. I have a bunch of iron horses, great running engines. That is a good deal for an iron horse.

I believe the A-10 is a 2-cycle vertical shaft engine used on rotary lawnmowers. This style of engine models were made from the mid 1950's into the 1960's. Any of these engines that I have seen sell at auctions are sold for under $50.
