Default Onan History

Is there a link or does someone know where to find the history of onan engines and generators? I would like to find out more about the history of these fine machines and not sure where to look.

You might try this:

http://www.twinslan.net/~n0nas/manua...0(09-1968).pdf

I'm not sure how historically accurate it is, because it was produced by the Onan corporation, but it's interesting reading.

ONAN COMPANY HISTORY
Beginnings Through 1982

Not sure if this is the linked article. Someone posted it awhile back & I kept a copy in my Onan files. Good read.

Tells all about how Billy & D.W. Onan started thing out back when D.W. was young, I think Billy was in his middle ages back then.
