Default London engine?

Hi i have recently acquired a London engine 1 1/4 h.p.
I was wondering if anyone had any info about this engine??

There is more than one "LONDON" company associated with engines. Here is a 1914 ad from the London Gas Power Co. Ltd.

everytime i try to upload a pic it says fail to upload only on this site its wierd....

If the largest side of the picture is larger than 1500 it will not upload. I had that problem until I started resizing my pictures till the larger side is less than 1500 since then I have had no problem. and they will still upload on your other sites. Bill K

I have a london engine mine is made by the scott machine co it is a 1 1/2 horse I have have had problems getting info for mine too but some parts for a novo will work on that engine it is a easy starting engine at lest mine is good luck with it
