1920’s Fairbanks-Morse Generator Purrs Like a Kitten!
Hey friends! I’m renovating an old Rialto Theatre built in 1920. We’ve got a Fairbanks-Morse diesel generator in the basement that purrs like a kitten. Any ideas on finding collectors that would be interested? We are using the funds to buy construction materials. She kept the 1,200 patrons in the theatre safe and sound in the middle of any power outages. Alas, she should be brought out of the basement and into the sunshine of someone’s favour and admiration. What can anybody tell me, or what are the critical points to find out, as I am just a pastor and a cave man. I know not of these things.
