Default Need Delco 850 Light Plant Help

Good morning gentlemen,
Its been a while since I posted here. I have a very real need for getting my 850 running. I live offgrid and want to use it for its intended purpose....charging my batteries. I bought what appeared to be a very nice nearly new complete head at the Baraboo Show a couple years ago and am just now getting around to installation. Turns out it was a bead blasted/repainted head with very corroded pitted valves and seats. I will eventually re-seat this head but need to make sure everything else works fine first. Does anyone have either a bare head or complete head for sale? I find it hard to believe that I can get this much blowby on an exhaust valve even after a quick lap. Thank you. Mike Cushway
