Default Hit and Miss engine cart

I am about to restore a cart, but do not know the manufacturer, and would like to paint it the correct color. Also would like to know what horse power the cart was designed to carry. The 2 wood beams are 48" long and center to center spacing is 11", with total width of 13". The front wheel stands 12" high and the back 15 1/2 " high. Embossed on the rear casting " bolster" is S16 and on the front wheel casting H 176. Any thoughts?
