The serial number is 28280. Skip, The timing is off at the ignitor as it fire's after TDC. The blade to trip the ignitor is home made and I have moved it and the blade "holder", I must be looking past something as I can't get it to improve to fire BTDC . Got any advise? Thanks

That is a pretty low serial number. Anything below 40,000 would have been manufactured between 1909 and 1913. Do you know what year yours is?

I have one like it. The governor is not very sensitive. Nice, not to common of an engine you have there.
