Jim
The tag has Waterloo Gas Engine Co on it. No where on the tag does it say Waterloo Boy.
I got my information on SN# and dates from Jimmy P. 's site. Thanks Merton

Here is my only other Waterloo engines I have right now besides the contract one....If the pictures come out this is of my 1914 11/2hp cast dated 5-29-14#104278 ,green one, and the 13/4 hp 1915 #120159 Waterloo Boy,s the red is all I could find of paint on this one, all the little pigllets rubbed every stich of paint off in the old farrowing house we found it in ,in the early 70,s This one has all original gear guards and splash shield, I think the tank might have been too, but has had a accident sometime in its life with a thrown belt and soldered sideways. Not original carts something I made so they would roll... Lost the pic and these are off my picture page on home page. And I messed these up again some reason when I copy them they cant be enlarged.....

Thanks Denis that is almost a splitting image of the Waterloo Boys I have , except the gov and little changes here and there. Same gov speed regulator as the 4-5hp, I wonder how many hands got mangled with a winter glove on, not much room for any errors of judgment, period, or you wouldn't have a hand or worse. Have any neat advertisements for any of these contracts or Waterloo,s you could put on?? Rich
