I appreciate confirming the rotation direction. The fan runs correctly when going CCW.
I assume there is a way to control how fine it grinds, need to get a instruction manual for a full sized one

the hand wheel and jamb nut on the pulley end of the shaft is used to adjust
how close the stones run together. the spinning stone/shaft/pulley is the adjustable side.
