Default Tether car find - 1 of 2

I picked up this “silver bullet” Tether car (10” x 4”) the other day, just by chance . It’s well built with HORNET MITE tires/wheels. I’ve had it apart and cannot find a maker’s name/mark on it . Anybody have any idea who the maker of this "cool" polished cast aluminum bodied Tether car may be .
