Greetings everyone,

Thank you for your assistance. Cleaning and adjusting the plugs got the engine to start.
However, i must splash gasoline in the carb to get it to run and it will only stay running until the splash is used up.

Back to the manuals!!!!!

although the original 6 volt coil worked I ended up upgrading to a later 12 volt coil to simplify things I'm guessing it puts out a stronger spark as well in any case the conversion went well

I'm new here so Hello everyone. Great Reading on this Website. I've been working on Onan's for a pretty good while now. I'm working on a Onan JC LNG/LPG with 34 hours on it from a school. It purrs. All the gas gasses is new to me. What I'm trying to do is make this 15Kw portable. My though are to use a 4 cylinder setup from a tow motor. I want to use a carb/mixer and vaporizer unit for the side ways stainless steel tanks. I'm not sure how to put this together safely ie flow pressure volume etc. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
Thank You

That's one nice paint job. How many hours did you put into the total job. Looks brand new.
