Default International t-6 piston swap.

I have a 1940 IH t-6, it is the Kerosene/distillate burning version with low compression. I have found a set of high altitude pistons and sleeves but for the gasoline version(higher compression). I live in Denver so I believe these will help. But will I hurt anything putting them in my engine?
As far as I can tell the only difference between the Kerosene and gas tractors is the exhaust manifold.

They will work just fine, they are made for mountain locations. People in the low lands use them to get a little more power out of the old machines.
