Default Cat Thirty Generator

I am looking for a generator and the internal gears for a Cat Thirty

The two Cat numbers in my book for a generator are as follows:

L-1127

1A106 -- BoschRJB 75/6 900/6 RS50
-----
A

Anyone with parts please let me know .
Also any info, pictures, etc so I can possibly know what to look for would be helpful.

Thanks......Bill

Bill Cat 30's did come with a generator so the unit could be equipped with lights for night work. Problem is this was a fairly rare option back then. Move forward about 90 years and finding this setup is near impossible. This is a gear driven unit and I think the same generator was used on several model Cats of the era. Hopefully a Cat person with more knowledge will check in and fill in the blanks. Good Luck Ed B

Thanks for the reply Ed B.......I should clarify a bit on the parts I am wanting. I have a pair of correct lights and mounting brackets and also have the housing that mounts to the tractor that holds the generator. I am missing the actual generator and internal gears.
Thanks again for your reply.....Bill

If I can't get the gears and generator maybe someone would be willing to get some pictures of the gears and generator. That would be a huge help in at least getting a starting point.
Any help is greatly appreciated........Bill

Looks like plenty of lookers here....almost 400....but nobody left any suggestions, etc.
I'll give a brief update as I have got some dimensions of the gears and am working towards getting those made. As far as the generator I have a got a couple possibilities but nothing definite yet.
Have a good day........Bill

Dear Bill Sorry I didn't get back with some pics of my setup. I was on the road when I answered and totally forgot about your inquiry. I will try to get some pics and send them on. Ed B

No problem Ed.....I knew you were busy with the small 15 but saw the 400+ lookers and not a single response. I thought someone would have info.
Have a good day.....Bill

Bill I finally found the generator that I put away during a shop cleanup this summer. It is a Delco Remy unit and note the adapter that is a spacer to position the gear in correct mesh with its drive gear.

Thanks Ed....this really helps in my searching. The only difference I can find is the gear is a straight cut gear on a Thirty.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I am also following your small Fifteen project. Looking good!

Have a good day......Bill
