Default Portland 2016 August 24-27 show "Lodging"

Hey all, this season will be my 1st trip to the Portland Engine & Tractor Show August 24, 25, 26, 27 in 2016

I guess my question comes to decent lodging at any nearby hotels maybe within a 30 minute drive. ... Starting to look at some of the possibilities.
Any suggestions on towns or hotels to look into? ... Places to avoid at all costs?

Bluffton, Indiana is not too far away and has several options for lodging.

I just made a reservation at the Days in Muncie per Dick's recommendation. Good price so will give it a try. It will be my first time at the show as I am just getting into old engines.
