Photo Putting a new fire pot in R&T 10" Rider

Bill machined the new casting for the 10" Rider at Rough & Tumble. ( as a machinist myself, he did a great job )

Since the old one was removed to make a pattern for the new, all that needed to be done was to lift the upper section to bolt on the new casting. An 8000 lb lift forktruck made it much easier.

Got it all bolted up and reassembled. After 45 minutes of heating, it ran for the first time in years.
