You will have a better chance by posting this in the Honda sub forum under the Generators & Motors General Discussion board.

ES2000?

That is not a USA model...are you outside the USA? Got a serial number ? (format EXXX-12345637)?

So the EU2 doesn't have a traditional 'flywheel' instead, it uses the rotor of the generator section for that function. A new on is Honda Part Number 31130-Z07-C01, $124.83 list. Google the part number to find a dealer selling online.

Might try eBay and search for "EU2000i" or the part number, and I think you can limit the search to a range of prices (so you don't get a massive list of new/used units.

I've also had good luck with this site, which will search Craig's List classifieds within X miles of your location...it works quite nice:

Honda parts nation has them new for $99.00. That may be a tough part to find used. Most people tend fix those because even used they sell for big money because of high demand and reliability.
