I drove right by it on the way home from the National Farm toy show in Dyersville a couple weeks ago. I wanted to stop but the wife and kids had other ideas. Its definitely on my list next time I get over that way.

I visited about a year and a half ago. I would recommend it for anyone passing near Waterloo that appreciates old iron.

There is a lot of interesting artifacts on the history of JD development into the farm tractor market. At this time there is the Dain tractor, the earliest Waterloo Boy,a very rare Overtime Tractor,my experimental Waterloo boy,a Beautiful unrestored early D and many other tractors and engines. The Dain will be moving out in mid March of next year. The tractor and engine display change for time to time, so there is always different examples to see. And the price of admission is right-$0.

The seat display looks to be very interesting as it shows how the John Deere seat progressed over the years from a pan seat to the more modern padded float ride seat

They used to have the serial number kiosks in there but i have heard they have been removed, do you know if that is true or not?

Tremendous job on the bathtub D to by the way.

Tlock, the serial number kiosks were located at the Pavilion in Moline. I haven't stopped there in 4 or 5 years to know if they still exist.
