And your point is...??? Seems a little high but that just makes the rest of our big engines worth that much more! More power to him.

My brother has several large one of a kind engines that size or bigger. If he were to ever sell them I hope they were worth that or more.

I saved a picture off the internet a while back only because of the owners name.
I am sure it is the same engine... date is 1974.

The amount is not as much concern to me as the fact the pictures look like scans of 1970's polaroids.
Kinda would be leary of it.
Before I made a bid, I would be inclined to send a local collector to scope it out or ask for pictures of certain items that would require a new ,fresh photo to be taken.
