An early 22HP lap seam with a solid crank disc that is unfortunately missing the cylinder lagging segment that has the engine number on it. It's a long ways from home! Probably around the 1910 vintage?
I used to run this same model at the White Pine Logging and Threshing Show over by McGrath MN. It was outfitted with a Pickering governor and worked well on the sawmill.

They haven't given much info on the condition of the engine and boiler. That is the determining factor in what pressure it is now allowed. Not sure of the exchange rate for Euros but the asking price seems plenty high especially if it needs extensive work to get the allowed pressure back up to what it should be. Originally the allowable pressure should be around the 140 psi. mark.

The 1908 22HP I ran in McGrath was set at 100 lbs which at that time was all the State of MN would allow on any lap seam boiler. Later Minneapolis engines had the slotted crank discs and were outfitted with heavier boilers.

Exchange rate Euro-Dollar is 1-1,09 so asking price is USD 90470 (which is quite steep in my opinion)

These aren't very current pictures but this is Don Brooks old engine. It is going thru a very extensive restoration.

New boiler
New bull gears and pinions
Axles turned and sleeved and wheels bored
Being completely rebuilt.
