Plowing with our 1530 at prairie days show. it was very wet, but the angle iron lugs pulled us through.

Geoffrey, the plow is a IH little genious 2/14s. we borrowed it from another club member. probably should have tried a 3 bottom, but the ground was real wet. you couldnt tell by the engine if the plow was up or down.

Steve,
I enjoyed your post. I like to plow with antiques at local shows and a plow day that a group of us hold in SE MN each Oct.
I have pulled two bottoms with several of my smaller tractors, four with my Twin City 21-32, and six with my early Twin City 20-35.
I would think your good sounding 15-30 will handle three just fine.....come to think of it, I have a very nice three 16 I.H.C. on steel that I would trade for a three bottom Moline if there is one to be had
Thanks for sharing!
