Install RealPlayer
There is a save video feature built in.
It won't save ALL formats but most.
I bought a $17 program for saving ALL formats called Video Grabber.

I have been using http://www.youtubeclipextractor.com/trialpay.aspx for a few years now, the basic version, and it works for me.

Just copy and paste the URL to your email and save there. I mean just send the email to yourself and you will have it.
