Default Flooded.... 8C3/752

I am at my wit's end... I cannot remember how the rest were supposed to go back into the carb.. I have one with an actual carb on it and one with he overflow style on it and of course with the help of my youngest.. they found the floor very quickly.. can some one walk me back through it. I also was wondering what the huge hole is for on the side of the thing was for..
