I'd like that engine. Will go way above my budget, though.

Hey Jarrod , let the moths out - if you were to get that you will be playing in the big boys sand pit ?

It will be interesting to see what it brings, looks pre 07 style?

Cheers Justin

A mate of mine tells his boys ..... "if you wanna play in the sandpit-expect some cat sh!t" What does it all mean?

Anyone going to this auction? I'm curious to the value of the tractors so I might poke along for a sticky beak.

Cheers Scott

Hey Justin: like I need another project I dream of picking something like this up for $500. I'll just keep dreaming, eh? I've got that bloke nailed down on the straight 8 Stude's, too. Next 2 - 3 weeks I think.

Scotty: taking the trailer? I'll give you my credit card number

I was talking to another (much bigger) collector this arv, who's big Onan generator I am fixing. He said he would go down there bidding about 1 - 1.5K if it looked alright.
Another will show up when I'm cashed up. They are about.

Hello Jarrod.
My oath they're about. If we looked in the shed we'd find one of those v4 Wisconsins I reckon. Actually I was thinking....maybe I should book a couple in for sale on Saturday if they're bringing that much.

Cheers Scott

Hi Jarrod

It will be interesting to see what it brings but If that’s his budget I’m pretty sure it will lead to disappointment.

He did say he thought it would probably go well over what he was willing to pay.

I saw that. I wouldn't want a complete original one since that's what I would do. Looks like it may have a mag down near the crank?

Justin-Looks like a early 3hp - air valve in the side.
You can see the part number on the bob weights to compare.

-scott , it’s gender confused as it has curved spokes going both ways?

Oh....got it.
Everyone is talking about that pile of scrap. The one that doesn't know if it's backwards or forwards. Or is it AC or DC? It doesn't know if it's in compression or tension. No wonder it's broke
There's a story about that engine
I'll see about better pictures of it.

My Italian mate and I are going over later today to have a bit of a quizz. He's been looking for an old tractor to put on a fence post so people know where he lives. I don't know why he wants people to know that. He doesn't like me dropping in let alone strangers.
I hope he sees something he wants. He has his huge yellow Kenworth ute with the big crane on it. It might come in handy.

Cheers Scott
PS: on a sad note. No sausage sizzle will be there. Bugger.
