Default 1923 George White Help Needed

Hi,
I am very new to all this, and I need allot of help. I am trying to find out all I can about a 1923 George White model 20-25 traction tractor. Any information would be great, but I also want to know how / were to sell one. How do you determine it's value ? It's in really, really nice shape,
Thanks

How many were made, how many are left out there, how bad does someone want one, if its steam (shape of boiler), and many other factors to think about. Its really hard to say anything for sure.

Welcome to SmokStak!

If you are looking for information on what you have, providing photos, serial numbers, boiler condition, inspection information, any known history of the unit, plus anything else you can provide will make the difference.

If you are looking strictly to sell the item, please post in the Engineads area.

Best of Luck in your search!
Beth

Ok. Well, it's a one family owned unit, always well cared for, stored inside, ect. Had been regularely shown and driven in parades, up untill 10 ? years ago or so ? I know the inspection is expired on it now, but am still trying to find the paperwork to know when the last inspection was.

If uncle G sees you need some help, i am sure that he will have no problem giving you some. He is from around that area and will know what needs to be looked at.

Hey now Beth, Be easy on him. He isn't trying to sell on this post, but rather, gather information on how to go about valuing said item which is a very valid question. These are very hard decisions to make. I know that from experience, but still have not made any 100% done deal sales yet either.

Pictures of said Item may help some people one here give a RANGE OF value for you.

Thanks all.
