Default Kellogg Mfr EM-52 Air Compressor Information?

I have no idea on the date of manufacture, maybe 1930~1950s.
Twin cylinder, model EM-52 XP, serial #D 33439.
It is a flat belt driven compressor, both cylinders the same size so not 2 stage.

I am looking for information on this unit, manual, specifications, etc., or link to good web site. I have not found one yet.
