Hi Mark,
my old Cat Rack Setting Book does not mention this high of a 9S S/No nor even the Twin Arc Welder category engine.
Only sales brochure reference I have for a Twin Arc Welder is from 1959 and is a D311 Series "H" engine powered unit.
Must be fairly rare to not show in the Rack Book as it is the bible of Cat engines.
Nice find.
Cheers,
Eddie B.
