Default CAV BPF2 diesel injector pump wanted

I am attempting the restoration of a Russell Newbery twin cylinder engine fitted with a CAV BPF2 injector pump. These were used on quite a number of other makes of engines (Lister, Turner twins, etc).
Mine is rusted internally so solidly I cannot extract the elements, though these are replaceable. Just a housing would get me started.
Any help appreciated.
Ian

Hello Ian
I thought there was a couple of Lister pumps on the bench. I was nearly right. I found one but it's an Indian made Mico. Your welcome to it if you want it.
I'll keep looking on the bench as I clean along it. I'm sure there's another pump there somewhere. Hopefully it's not a Mico.

Cheers Scott

HI Guys, GEEZ Scotty 2 , how big is that workbench?? do you expect to take forever to clean it off. Last time I did mine it took me two hours and then I only had a "bucket" of rubbish to get rid of. Cheers John.
ps, Even then I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Scotty could not clean his bench top off in 2 weeks with a D9 dozer. It is not just the size but it is stacked to the roof.

I understand from the listerengine.com site that the Indian Mico injection gear is of perfectly acceptable quality, so if you can find the right one you are OK. Believe the banjo bolt size on the inlet line is sometimes different, but hey, any port in a storm.Regards,
Combustor.

Sounds like something I would use electrolysis on. Maybe able to save the whole thing.

Hello all
This is where I eat some humble pie. I just noticed there was a 2 on the end of the model needed. The one I have is for a single cylinder engine. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers Scott
PS: still cleaning the bench.

Finally got it apart by dint of ever bigger hammers. Destroyed the plungers and sleeves, but they were so rusted as to not be usable anyway. Lost one little part - spent a couple of hours on my knees sifting through heaps of debris below the vice with a magnet with no luck. Hoping the UK source can supply this too.
So, I may be able to resurrect it after all.
