Default How about a JET POWERED Train!

Neat video showing a couple Jet Powered Trains in action.

One in the Soviet Union and one in the U.S.A. running at 250kpm and 295kpm

I wonder how the efficiency of these compared to the ones that employed a turbo shaft engine geared to the wheels?

The turbine electrics were much more efficient than the geared ones.
