Default Natural Gas Generator

Saw this today at a local grain elevator. They said it was cheaper than Hydro to run . It is a 360 kW PSI V12 natural gas generator. Cheers Bill H.

Hello all
There's a Perkins V12 natural gas powered genny on ebay over here at the moment.
Pity natural gas is hard to get for most of us.
Cheers Scott

There is a commercial laundry that runs a n NG generator. They sell power to the grid and use the heat to dry cloths. They claim it lowers the cost of for heat for the cloths dryers.

How much does electricity cost where they are (someplace in Canada, I assume?)

Just for reference, I think we pay about USD$.11 per KW here in west central Wisconsin.
