Default Magneto Question

We have a 1925 12-20 Case cross-motor tractor serial number 53645. We are having difficulty determining what make and model magneto was used on this particular tractor. Any thoughts on who I could contact would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tom

Default Re: Magneto Question

I have a Fairbanks Morse mag replacement book (1949) showing original mag for J.I.Case A12-20 to be a Bosch ZR4.

Recomended replacement: FM-J4A3 (base-mount, CW-rotation, coupling type UA, coupling lag 30)
