Question Saint Mary's Gearless

Did the Saint Mary's Gearless engine have an identification plaque? Where is the serial number on the engines? Does anyone know of the striping pattern?

Default Re: Saint Mary's Gearless

Thanks to Mike Monnier who supplied some information, the serial number is located on the end of the crankshaft, on the right side of the engine. My serial is 1120. Does anyone have a clue what year that might be?
