What great meters. I agree with you that the mechanism is so simple that you should be able to get it going. I look forward to seeing the insides after you restore it.

Btw. If any parts are missing they could probably be 3D printed in a number of materials including metal. If you need any help with CAD models let me know. I would enjoy working on these meters.
