Default Which State were manufacturers located in?

If you guys want to keep this Trivia thing going, How about if you take a different state each day and come up with as many makers from different states as possible! AND it would be really cool if sombody kept track and made a by state list of manufacturers! Just a thought, What do you think? MIKE
