Default Kettle Falls, WA Steam Engine

Does anyone out there have any information on an old steam engine displayed in the community of Kettle Falls, WA? It has a single 8 spoke, 2 piece flywheel that looks to be about 10' in diameter. It is mounted on 5 concrete bases and is displayed along the highway through town. I noticed it there while passing through on vacation a couple of weeks ago but there was no sign to indicate any details of the engine or history behind it.

Thanks for any information you might have.

Bill
